For term 2 of the exploring creative contents module we have to do a group presentation. We have to present a slide show and have a script to go along with it.

I've never created a powerpoint that I had to present before so I completed a linked in learning course ' powerpoint: eight ways to make your presentation stand out'.

The course taught me not to overcrowd my slide, but focus on putting key information on each slide.

For week 3 we were tasked with making a story from the combination we get on the story dice board. With my options I made a story of a man visiting an underground gambling bar in a dry Texas state and found ways to link in the other images.

It was a fun and unique task that helped me expand my imagination.

I took a Drawing Foundations: Fundamentals course before starting my 22 sketches to give me a refresh as I realised after doing my favourite character drawing it had been a while since I had drew. The best things I took from the course is when shading to remove pencil it's best to use a plastic eraser rather than putty, so this is something I took forward when doing sketches involving shadows. Also, the importance of negative space in helping a drawing.

These are my best drawings out of the ones I completed. It was difficult sticking to the time limit as I always worry about fine details resulting in me taking hours, but by doing this task I was able to be more free and bold in my sketching.
