After the last lesson of learning how to make a plan I realised how simple they are to make .

However, there was one part I struggled with which was drawing a bay window and stair, since I've never done this before. After getting help and trying on practice paper I was able to reach the final result which i'm happy with.

As part of our 3D design principle course we had to show visuals of 2 of our sets meaning I had to do one of my study and hallway. I firstly practiced on paper, after I realised i didn't think of perspective enough as it looks very stretched and not eye level.

Then I tried on tracing paper and preferred doing the drawing this way as its easy to rub out. After, perfecting my drawing and colouring it I was able to produce my final perspective drawing of the hallway.

self directed study

We were tasked with drawing an elevation of what we see in front of us. To start I did the basic steps of drawing an elevation then measured the room height and width and changed it to 1:50 scale ; I found this quite easy as I practiced after last lesson.

Then we had to imagine we walked around the room holding a chalk at our hands height.

I estimated my hand being 1m on the wall.

On the floor plane we were told to position the furniture, this was quite simple as I didn't have to elevate the furniture.
